A Clinical Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist, Isabel provides nutrition counseling with a focus on plant-based eating and body transformation. She completed her Masters of Art in Nutrition Education and Dietetic Internship through Immaculata University. Isabel is always excited to raise nutrition awareness and promote healthy lifestyle based on current nutrition and fitness research. She created this blog to inspire others to achieve optimum health through clean and wholesome eating and active living.

Isabel strives to empower everyone to nourish themselves with whole foods and exercise, and encourages them to develop a positive relationship with food. She has a passion for helping men and women of all ages and backgrounds to transform their diet and lifestyle to enhance fitness performance, self-confidence, and overall health. Isabel has provided nutrition counseling services in various areas, including sports nutrition, anti-aging, wellness, diabetes management, oncology, pediatric and prenatal nutrition, HIV/AIDS and geriatric nutrition. She has also practiced internationally as a nutritionist and nutrition educator in Hong Kong. Currently, she serves as the Northeast Area Coordinator for the Chinese American in Dietetics and Nutrition (CADN) and the New York State Coordinator for the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group (VN DPG). 

In Isabel’s spare time she enjoys cooking Asian fusion dishes and loves being active through hiking, running, kickboxing. Her guilty pleasures include indulging in vegan desserts and exploring weekend brunch spots in NYC!
